INFINITY   Infinity can travel linger in the present and wander into the future, returning to give advice on how to conduct ourselves in the present with hindsight and foresight.   Think of the mistakes I could avoid: present future (those past are too late).   Yet I’d rather be foolish and do without the perspective Infinity can bring, make my mistakes as usual and face the consequences like everyone else.   AERONWY  THOMAS

L’INFINITO   L’Infinito può viaggiare indugiare nel presente e vagare nel futuro ritornando per dare consigli su come comportarci nel presente con il senno di poi e con le previsioni sul futuro.   Penso agli errori che potrei evitare: presenti futuri (troppo tardi per quelli passati).   Tuttavia preferirei essere sventata ed agire senza la prospettiva che l’Infinito può portare, fare i miei errori come al solito ed affrontare le conseguenze come chiunque altro.   Translated by Lidia Chiarelli

MOONWOLF   Keeping watch over the skies I look for a slice of light to herald the coming of the moon so many hours watching in vain eyes blinded by neon stars limbs rigid with anticipation.   You complain I ignore you up all hours alone what I felt for you last full moon belonged to that time.  Wait for the rising of the moon we can reignite our love or not  I am a moon wolf inconstant as water.   AERONWY  THOMAS

MOONWOLF   Continuando ad osservare I cieli cerco una fetta di luce che annuncia l’arrivo della luna così tante ore a guardare in vano gli occhi accecati dalle stelle al neon le membra irrigidite nell’attesa.   Tu protesti che ti ignoro tutte quelle ore in solitudine ciò che provavo per te lo scorso plenilunio apparteneva a quel tempo. Aspetta il sorgere  della luna noi potremo riaccendere il nostro amore oppure no io sono un lupo della luna incostante come l’acqua.   Translated by Lidia Chiarelli
